Cashew Husking Shelling Machine

Before starting, check that the motor rotates in the forward direction, following the direction indicated by the white arrow. Adjust the guide rail and blade spacing according to the cashew nut size. Adjust the upper and lower clamping blocks using Bolt 4 so that the distance between them is 3–4 mm less than the width of the cashew nuts.

Feed cashew nuts into the hopper and start operation. Check if the nuts are properly cut. If not, adjust Blades 1 and 2 until clean cutting is achieved. During operation, if two cashew nuts become jammed in the feeding chute, adjust Brush 3 downward. Blades are wearing parts. Sharpen them regularly after prolonged use. Check chain tension regularly; excessive slack may cause machine damage.

Lubricate the chain every 30 days. Notes: Do not mix hard foreign objects such as stones into raw materials, to avoid damaging the machine.
