Introduction:
This machine utilizes a flow meter pulse metering system and a self-powered oil pump for filling. It features advanced PLC control and a large 7-inch touchscreen interface, allowing for flexible adjustment of filling specifications and simple operation. A vacuum suction mechanism effectively prevents dripping from the nozzle. A dual-speed filling system, initially fast and then slow, eliminates oil foaming and spillage. The nozzle automatically lowers, opens, fills, and closes, raising the nozzle automatically. A Class 0.2 high-precision flow meter ensures accurate metering and simple, fast operation.
It is suitable for intelligent quantitative filling of high-viscosity oils such as edible oil, lubricating oil, gear oil, engine oil, and hydraulic oil.
