Filling system is composed of cylinder mechanism, liquid feeding mechanism, lifting mechanism, filling valve mechanism, switch valve mechanism and so on.

If the beverage in the cylinder is lower than the lowest liquid level, the liquid intake solenoid valve will be opened, and the beverage will enter the liquid cylinder. When the liquid level reaches the maximum line, the valve will be closed.

There is a certain pressure in the cylinder when filling the aerated drinks, generally 0.2-0.4Mpa. Here you can choose according to the type of drinks and customer requirements, but the pressure in the cylinder must be less than the pressure in the mixer, otherwise the drinks can not be filled into the filling liquid cylinder.The cylinder should be passed into the pressurized gas to ensure the constant pressure in the cylinder.This pressure can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve of the intake air.
