Automatic Cotton Swab Production Line

Introduction:

This Production line includes cotton swab making machine, cotton swab drying machine and cotton swab packing machine.

This cotton swab drying and packing machine adopts the advanced micro computer controlled system to realize safe, rapid and healthy producing.

The cotton swab machine is connected with the automatic packing machine, which is controlled by PLC program. The open warm air drying technology is used to dry water in operation. Then the automatic packing equipment of vacuum suction manipulator controlled by servo motor completes the packing process.

This machine is suitable for packing a variety of specifications of 100 to 400 PCS (square box), 50 to 400 PCS (plastic ziplock bag), 50 to 300 PCS (cylinder box), etc.

Function and feature:

This machine uses infrared drying and high temperature to kill viruses.

This machine uses stepless frequency conversion control to adjust the working speed.

The swabs are produced in a wide-tooth small machine and are transferred to a drying conveyor belt. The swabs are transported smoothly and the swabs made are not easy to break. We have achieved automatic drying and packaging functions from semi-automatic to small machines.

Independent replaceable packaging table, convenient for changing the cotton swab packaging type.
