This cotton swab production line includes cotton swab making machine, cotton swab drying machine and cotton swab packing machine.
This cotton swab drying and packing machine adopts the advanced micro computer controlled system to realize safe, rapid and healthy producing.
The cotton swab machine is connected with the automatic packing machine, which is controlled by PLC program. The open warm air drying technology is used to dry water in operation. Then the automatic packing equipment of vacuum suction manipulator controlled by servo motor completes the packing process.
This machine is suitable for packing a variety of specifications of 100 to 400 PCS (square box), 50 to 400 PCS (plastic ziplock bag), 50 to 300 PCS (cylinder box), etc.
Function and feature:
This machine adopts infrared ray to dry and high temperature to kill virus.
This machine adopts electrodeless variable frequency regulation to adjust the working speed.
The cotton swabs produced by the small machine with wide teeth are transferred to the drying conveyor belt. The cotton swabs are smoothly handed over and the cotton swabs produced will not be broken. Realized the small machine semi-automatic to automatic drying and packaging functions.
