Maintain

1. No load test run of the equipment, and start formal work after confirming that the equipment is normal.


2. The rolled dough shall not be too hard (such as frozen dough), and the one-time thinning shall not be too large, otherwise the working stability and service life of the equipment will be affected. When the dough thickness is more than 10mm, it can be adjusted to be thinned by about 5mm each time. When the dough thickness is 5-10mm, it decreases by about 2mm each time. When the dough thickness is less than 5mm, it decreases by about 1mm each time.


3. The conveying platform should not be used for carrying heavy objects.


4. After the machine runs in for 40 hours, please re tension the belt and chain to the proper position to avoid transmission slipping and chain breaking.


5. After the machine runs for 80 hours, please refuel the sprocket, chain and other transmission parts, and retighten the screws, nuts and other fasteners to avoid damage to the machine.


6. Keep clean and complete. The bearing, belt, chain and other transmission parts shall not be attached with flour, dust and other foreign matters to avoid burning the bearing or accelerating the wear of the machine parts.


7. Before going off duty every day, please clean the machine with a rag, but do not wash it with a water pipe.


8. In case of abnormal sound response, stop the machine immediately and ask maintenance personnel for maintenance.
