Products Description
Icing step:
1. Place round cake on the center of the rotary turntable.
2. Adjust the location of the two icing knives for adjusting the icing thickness.
3. Adjust the machine speed, recommend 60-75 RPM, and icing cream on the cake (side icing method: from bottom to top; Top icing: from the center to the periphery).
4. Turn the wheel at the top to adjust the horizontal icing knife downward to micro-press the cake until edges and corners prevail.
5. Move horizontal icing knife and vertical icing knife to finish icing.
