According to the length and diameter of different products, we can customized different sizes of injection needle.

A variety of fluids and semi-fluid ingredients can be injected into containers of any shape, including jam, juice, salad dressing, ice cream, cake batter, etc. 

The conveyor belt and sensor can be installed to achieve automation.

3. Hand filling

The way of holding the filling material makes your filling material not limited by the space, the replacement of the nozzle (cream mouth) can be used for all kinds of cake decoration. It can also squeeze ketchup, soy sauce, chocolate sauce (heating device), salad sauce.

Manual control allows you to achieve quantitative feeding.

4. Cream mounting and surface coating

It can be customized coating mouth according to customer requirements (coating width and coating thickness), can be coated on the bread chocolate and jam, cream the cake, spread salad dressing on sandwiches, spread cream on swiss rolls. 

It can be equipped with conveyor belt and sensor can achieve automation.
