Recipe
Special donut power 1000g (such as brand of pinyuan TM915 made in Taiwan) Vegetable oil 250g Egg: 3 pieces Water: 500g Food grade white oil (food grade mineral oil): 100g Making method: Put all raw materials into the mixer machine to mix, mixing by low speed for 3 minutes and mixing by quick speed for 5 minutes until the paste become uniform and smooth. The paste temperature is about 25 Celsius degree. Ask the paste to smooth for 5 minutes, and then pour the paste into the feeding hopper of the donut machine to begin making donut. To keep donut weight is about 45g. The oil temperature keeps about 180-200 Celsius degree. The making speed can be adjusted 5 seconds for 1 donut.
