Technical Parameters

After connecting the power supply, the user can begin to test the machine. The user should put the molds tray at the right feeding part (the tray teeth should be identical with the blades completely), turn on the switch to run the machine without any food. After the machine runs empty for 3-4 times, user can put the raw material into the tray to work normally.

Working process: When the outside power supply is connected well, switch the air switch, put the tray full of raw material at the feed inlet, then press the green start button (at this time, the green indicator light lights), then the transfer chain begins to work and convey the tray to the first cutting part to cut. When the photoelectric sensor gives signaling, the transfer chain begins to convey the tray to the second cutting part to cut. Thus one complete cutting process is finished. If you want the machine to work continuously, please take good control of the interval time of feeding. If you want to stop the machine working after one complete cutting procedure, you can press the red stop button (at this time, the red indicator light lights).
