Introduction:
*Heating temperature:
In the dialog box, click to input the temperature value required for upper mold heating, and click the turn on heating button. When the button is rotated to the "on" state, the upper mold of the machine will start to heat, that is, after heating to the required temperature value, the Constant temperature, temperature accuracy ±2°. The "Current Temperature" dialog box displays the real-time temperature value, and when the "Heating" button is clicked to the off state, the heating will be stopped.
*Moulding time setting:
The time filled in this dialog box is the time that the upper die stays at the lower die after the upper die is pressed down, and the upper die automatically rises after the time is reached, in seconds.
*Blow time setting:
The time filled in this dialog box is the time for blowing to separate the upper mold from the egg tart skin after the upper mold is pressed down. If the setting value is too small, the demoulding will be unsuccessful or unsatisfactory.
*Working times:
This dialog box records the cumulative output, click to enter 0 when it needs to be cleared.
*Single start:
This button is reserved. If the trigger switch at the lower die fails, you can manually click this button to replace it. Click the upper mold once to press down once.
* Manual blow:
This function is used when the upper mold cannot be completely demolded when the upper mold is raised. You can temporarily click this place for blowing and demoulding, and it is also used to test the size of "release air volume adjustment".
