Sorting process

In the fruiting area, a flexible conveyor belt is used for blueberry transmission, which does not damage the blueberry skin and fruit powder.

In the sorting area, the perforated sorting belt is used for vibration sorting, and the blueberries are sorted from small to large. When the blueberries are transferred to the sorting area, the diameter smaller than the belt leak diameter directly falls to the lower fruit area, which is larger than the leak hole. The diameter is directly transmitted to the second leak area, the principle is similar.

In this way, four different grades are selected.

In the lower fruit area, a sponge buffer device is used to reduce the mechanical damage caused by the falling of blueberries and protect the fruit powder on the blueberry skin from damage.
