Working Principle of The Mushroom cutting machine:

1. Mushrooms are inserted one by one into the holes of the machine's belt.

2. After being conveyed to the central cutting zone, the rotating blades horizontally cut off the stems.

3. The trimmed mushroom stems are discharged through the waste outlet on the side, while the cut mushrooms are discharged through the discharge port.

 

 

1. The mushroom cutting machine has a grounding wire; reliable grounding is essential.

2. Before starting the mushroom cutting machine, please check the equipment to ensure there are no foreign objects on the steel belt.

3. The mushroom cutting machine has been pre-lubricated with grease at the factory. After 6 months of use, add No. 2 lithium-based grease.

4. Regularly inspect the chain drive components and lubricate them with grease as needed.

5. Regularly add grease to the bearing housings.
