Fruit punching machine is used to make small holes in the skin of fruits. Helps the fruit dry faster and absorb sugar more easily during processing, which improves its quality and shelf life.

The machine works in three main steps:
1. Feeding the Fruit:
The fruit is placed on a moving conveyor belt, which carries it to a special panel covered with needles.
2. Punching the Fruit:
When the fruit reaches the needles, the conveyor belt stops. The needle panel then moves down to pierce the fruit's skin. After that, the needle panel moves back up.
3. Moving the Fruit Along:
Once the punching is done, the conveyor belt starts moving again. It carries the punched fruit forward and out of the machine through the discharge outlet.

This simple process ensures that each piece of fruit is pierced multiple times. It is commonly used for fruits and vegetables like cherry tomatoes, blueberries, plums, dates, and peppers.
