Working Principle: There is the crushing device on the feeding hopper, the crushing device will crush the fruit into 2-3mm by blades, and then the crushed fruit will enter the juicing system directly, can improve the juicing capacity highly.
A crushing and juicing machine is a food processing equipment that integrates material crushing and juicing functions. It is mainly used to process various fruits and vegetables, achieving full automation of the crushing, juicing, and residue discharge processes.
Equipment Structure and Working Principle: This unit typically consists of a feeding hopper, crushing device, screw shaft, filter screen, juice container, residue discharge trough, and transmission system.
Its core working principle consists of two continuous steps:
Crushing Stage: A crushing device is installed above the feeding hopper. The flying blades on the rotor rotate within the gap of the fixed bottom blades, crushing the input fruit and vegetable raw materials into particles with a size of approximately 2 to 5 millimeters.
Juicing Stage: The crushed material directly enters the screw juicing system. The screw's bottom diameter gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases along the residue discharge direction, causing the screw cavity volume to continuously shrink, thus continuously compressing the material.
The residue is discharged through the annular gap between the screw end and the adjustable pressure head. By manually adjusting the size of this gap, the residue discharge resistance can be controlled, thereby adjusting the juice yield and juice quality.
