(1) The main working part of the compression screw juicer is a variable pitch screw. The pitch increases in turn and the root diameter increases in turn. Therefore, the volume of the press chamber formed by the press screw and the press cage becomes smaller in turn, so that the material is subjected to more and more pressure in the process of the shaft moving forward.

(2) Resistance resistance includes slagging resistance and friction resistance. The slagging resistance depends on the clearance of the slagging ring. The gap is large, the pressure is small, the juice yield is low; Small gap, large pressure, high juice yield. Friction resistance includes the friction between the material and the press strip, the press screw and the friction generated by the material itself due to the different advancing speed.

The spiral shaft rotates clockwise along the direction of the slag outlet, the bottom diameter gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the spiral shaft, the spiral cavity gradually shrinks, thus forming the press of the material.

Fruits and vegetables are added to the hopper, under the advancement and extrusion of the spiral shaft, the juice squeezed out flows through the filter into the juice holder at the bottom, and the slag discharge is discharged by the annular gap formed between the spiral shaft and the cone part of the pressure regulator head, the pressure regulator head can adjust the gap size to adjust the resistance of the slag discharge, and the slag discharge rate can be changed. The gap size of the regulator should be determined by the technological requirements of the processed fruits and vegetables.

When the industrial fruit juicer machine works, the filtered material enters the hopper by the conveyor, and flows into the press chamber under the action of gravity after the flow is adjusted by the regulating plate. Due to the rotation of the press screw, the material is moved forward in the press bore axis by the action of the screw. With the increase of the screw stem and the decrease of the pitch, the volume of the press chamber will become smaller. As a result, the extrusion pressure on the material is increasing. On the other hand, due to the aggravation of friction, the temperature of the material is getting higher and higher, prompting the juice to flow out of the material. The separated juice is discharged from the gap between the press bars, the slag cake is extruded from the slag ring, and the slag is discharged from the slag mouth.

The clearance between the screw and the slag ring is controlled by the adjusting handwheel 9. It adjusts the slag thickness and slag amount according to the predetermined process requirements. When the hand wheel is reversed, the slag is thin, and when it is turned forward, the slag is thick.
