Product description
This double channel fruit tomato paste making machine has the same structure as single channel fruit pulp machine, adding one more cylinder drum, having the higher capacity output and pulping rate.
The machine is suitable for separating residues and pulps frompome fruits and various beries after they are crushed and pre-bolled. The frst channel is tor rough pulping. and the secod tofine pulpng. The sleve dameters in the two hannels canbeselected according to the requrements of materials.
Fruit pulp making machine is suitable for stone fruit (mango, peach and apricot), berries class (yangtao, strawberry,), and the precooking and softening class (apple, pear), etc fruit.
Feature:
Motor through a triangle belt transmission, the high speed of rotor spinning, fruit of feeding inlet machine,feeding the blade material screw conveyor to beating, beating in bar, under the action of the material being mash. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the material of the pulp through the sieve mesh into next working procedure, the core is discharged through the pomace outlet.
