*The ginger shredding machine utilizes centrifugal force for cutting.

*The material rotates on a turntable, and under the centrifugal force, the shredded material is thrown out through a window, simultaneously slicing and shredding.

1. After unpacking the machine, place it in a spacious and stable location.

2. Check all screws on the machine for looseness or damage.

3. Check the machine's exterior for damage caused during transportation.

4. Before use, manually pull the belt to slowly rotate the machine and check for any noise or abnormal phenomena.

5. Plug in the power supply (AC 220V, single phase), power is 1.5KW.

6. There is an ON/OFF switch button on the side of the machine. Press the ON button to start processing.

7. Do not feed too much at once; feed continuously. 8. At this point, the object to be cut is driven by the rotating cutter head and cut by the wire cutter assembly and the blade, producing wire-like threads of the appropriate size.

9. To stop processing, press the OFF button; the motor will immediately stop running.

10. To slice, simply remove the wire cutter assembly.

1. Do not put your hands into the machine's feed inlet while it is operating to avoid personal injury.

2. The installation order of the wire cutter assembly must not be reversed; otherwise, irregular wire-like threads will be produced.

3. Before using the machine, always check that the machine's blade assembly is installed correctly and that the screws are not loose to avoid damaging the blades and resulting in poor cutting quality.

1. After a period of use, the blades may become dull. In this case, the blades need to be sharpened.

2. Do not put hard metal objects or cut into stones in the machine's feed inlet to avoid damaging the blades. 3. Note that the power input is (AC220V single phase).

4. The machine must be powered off after each use before cleaning. You can rinse the feed inlet directly with water.

5. For cutting pickled products, wipe the machine dry with a clean cloth after cleaning to prevent corrosion.

6. After each use, disassemble the blade assembly, clean it thoroughly, dry it, and then reassemble it to prevent bacterial growth.

7. When installing the blade assembly, pay attention to the installation order of the blade box and the direction the blade tips face.

8. Take precautions to avoid injury when disassembling the blade assembly and blades.
