Working Principle:
1. Extrusion Principle: After the oil enters the pressing chamber from the feed hopper, the oil is continuously pushed forward as the double helix rotates relative to each other. In this process, the volume of the pressing chamber space gradually decreases, and the extrusion force on the oil gradually increases. The oil in the oil is squeezed out from the gap of the pressing cage under the action of pressure, and the oil residue is pressed into a cake and discharged from the end of the pressing shaft.
2. Frictional heat generation principle: During the pressing process, a large friction resistance will be generated between the oil and the spiral, and between the oil and the pressing chamber. The heat generated by friction will increase the overall temperature of the pressing chamber. The protein in the oil denatures at high temperature, the tissue cells are destroyed, the viscosity is reduced, and it is more conducive to the precipitation of oil.
