and can handle standard bottle sizes from 50 ml to 1000 ml, even bottles as small as

10 ml can be handled by using discs to hold the bottles in place.

Flexibility of adjustment: the capping head can be adjusted to any shape and size of bottle, for caps of different diameters and heights.

After the cap and the bottle mouth are accurately aligned, the capping head will descend and grip the cap.

The capping head generally drives the cap to rotate through a rotating mechanism. For the twist-off aluminum anti-theft caps,

the capping head will rotate and screw the cap onto the bottle mouth with a certain torque. During the rotation process,

the internal thread of the cap and the external thread of the bottle mouth interlock and gradually tighten.
