1. Before starting the machine, please check whether the connection of each rotor part is firm and reliable, and whether the direction of the motor is consistent with the nameplate.

2. Add No. 20 mechanical oil to the bearings at both ends, turn the hand wheel clockwise, and lock the front cover of the cylinder before driving; then add the material evenly without affecting it.

3. According to the specific situation of the slag slurry, properly adjust the helix angle of the scraper and the gap between the scraper and the screen, so that the juice content of the slag can meet the technological requirements.

4. Parking: Turn the handwheel counterclockwise, and pull the main brake after the motor stops rotating.

Do not open the barrel front cover when the rotor has not stopped rotating.

It must be cleaned and maintained once after each shift to prevent the material from fermenting and deteriorating in the machine, and the lubricating part loses oil. When cleaning, open the front cover of the cylinder, unscrew the fastening screw at one end of the spline, and then easily pull out the rotor part and take out the screen directly.
