Overview

Pineapple Peeling and Coring Machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It is assembled with stand, scratching knife, peeling knife, knife of removing its core, transmission motor, and pneumatic control. Motor directly drives the peeling column rotate at high speed. Suitable for removing the peel and core of the pineapple. And the finished pineapple is cylindrical pineapple.

Working procedures

The first step: The worker needs to cut off the both end of the pineapple before using this Pineapple Peeling and Coring Machine.

The second step: the worker put the pineapple on the feeding rack.

The third step: the pineapple will be pushed to go through peeling blade and coring blade to become cylindrical pineapple.

Note: If you only need to remove the skin, you can remove the coring blade inside the feeding rack.
