A: We will ship full assembly machine, easy to operate. We think it is unnecessary to send our engineer. We will send you user manual, video to guide how to operate the machine. Besides these we also supply our support online by email, WhatsApp, Wechat and Skype. Normally, our customers is able to run the machine successfully.

A: The frame of the machine is u-steel, we paint and cover by stainless steel. Can be updated to stainless steel. The mould material is aluminum. All parts contact with product are made of stainless steel.

A: The price is for the base model machine; all the optional device and features are not included.

11.Q: Is the hopper easy to clean?
