Automatic Horizontal Cake Slicer

This horizontal layer cake slicer is specially designed for the precise and efficient cutting of cake products into horizontal slabs for the layer cake production line.
Cut off the top of the cake for a professional look with an even cut. Increase yield and reduce costs by baking one cake and slicing it into several thin layers to create a mille-feuille.

 This machine is great for a bakery producing layer cakes or slicing the top crown off of cake products.

The standard tool distance of the machine is 15mm, that is, the thickness of the finished product is 15mm, and it can be adjusted in order of 15MM, 20MM, 25MM, and the interval of each adjustment is 5mm.

The machine is equipped with 4 blades, 3 are installed on the machine, and 1 is spare.
