1. Heating system: The maturity and flexibility of spring roll wrapper will affect the effect of spring roll forming. In the production process of spring roll baking and heating, we use a high-power electromagnetic induction heating system controlled by PID temperature, which can ensure that the dough is heated faster and more evenly in the oven made of high-quality alloy steel. The dough is more flexible after baking, which is more conducive to the back-end stacking and rolling.

 

2. Leather making mechanism: The dimensional accuracy and thickness uniformity of spring roll wrapper are the key to determining the final size and taste of the finished spring roll. We use a well-known brand of high-precision servo control system in the leather making mechanism to control the rotation of the servo motor. The motor drives the leather making mold made of high-temperature resistant and non-deformable food-grade composite materials to rotate and apply the dough to the baking wheel. This method is more evenly coated, and the produced spring roll wrapper has a more beautiful appearance, more stable size, uniform thickness, and better appearance of the rolled spring roll.

 

3. Filling mechanism: The size and weight of spring roll fillings will affect the size of the finished spring rolls and the taste after frying, and will also affect the selling cost of spring rolls. In order to ensure the accuracy of filling, we use a color sensor with high detection sensitivity to detect the spring roll skin signal and a special filling extrusion auger structure and pneumatic cutting structure to ensure that the filling weight is more accurate when the spring roll filling extrusion speed matches the skin making speed. Replacing different filling molds can also meet the automatic filling requirements of customers for different filling types (pure vegetables, meat fillings, mixed meat and vegetable fillings, bean paste fillings, vegetable shreds, seafood fillings, etc.), ensuring that the size and weight of the finished spring rolls are more accurate.

 

4. Stacking mechanism: The position and technique of stacking the spring roll skin will affect the size and number of layers of the finished spring roll, and will also affect the taste of the finished spring roll. For air-blown spring rolls, we use a follow-up "fork" stacking mechanism made of all 304 stainless steel, combined with the bottom "brush-type" pulse air-blowing device, to stack the spring roll skin in the form of "blowing down and stacking up", which restores the manual edge-to-edge stacking method to the greatest extent, ensuring the size and number of layers of the spring roll skin and ensuring that the stacking effect of the spring roll is closer to the imitation of the manual spring roll.

 

5. Rolling mechanism: Spring rolls with good rolling tightness will not crack during the back-end transportation, quick freezing, frying and other processes. When rolling spring rolls after the folding of the skin is completed, a "pressing rod" with a certain pre-pressure is made of solid 304 stainless steel. The pre-pressure is adjusted according to the diameter and filling type of the spring rolls. The pre-pressure and the conveyor belt with friction at the bottom are used to roll the spring rolls 360 degrees at the same time, which can ensure that the finished spring rolls are rolled more tightly, with better cylindricality, uniform diameter and more beautiful appearance.

 

6. Intelligent control unit: The more automated the production line equipment is, the more complete the functions are, the higher the production capacity is, and the easier and faster the operation is for customers, which is conducive to improving production efficiency and reducing production costs. Our spring roll line uses a well-known brand PLC automation control plus servo control system, which can accurately control each actuator, can start the control of the entire line with one button, and can also expand the function to realize remote control of the equipment. Different mechanisms of the entire line can realize different parameter settings to meet the needs of different customers for fillings and finished product effects. The touch screen uses Chinese and English and other multi-language page operation and display. At the same time as automated production, it also has automatic fault alarm prompts and automatic fault shutdown, making the operation simpler, more convenient and safer.
