Important Notes & Usage Tips
Before Operation
Lubrication: Apply external butter to the gears and bearings, and internal edible oil to the cutter before starting the machine.
Direction Check: After turning on the power, confirm the machine is rotating in the correct direction and listen for any abnormal noises.
Mould Installation: Clean the mould with edible oil or water before installing it onto the machine.
During Operation
Initial Dough Feeding: Start with a small amount of dough to ensure smooth extrusion, then gradually increase the feed rate once the machine is running stably.
Dust Prevention: When pausing production, cover the feed inlet and outlet with cloth or plastic to prevent dust and dough drying.
After Operation
Long-Term Shutdown: Clean the machine thoroughly, wipe the inner surfaces with oil, and immerse the mould in oil to prevent rusting for future use.
Power & Voltage: The machine operates on 220V, 50/60HZ. A conversion service is available for 110V operation if needed.
