Working Principle

The mechanical transmission system drives the roller to repeatedly roll the dough, combined with the stretching effect, so that the dough is layered and the thickness is controllable (the thinnest can be up to 1mm).

 Technical Features and Structural Design
 

1.Precise Thickness Adjustment
The adjustable range of the roller gap is usually 1~50mm, which can be fine-tuned by handwheel or handle to meet the needs of different products.

2.Noise reduction and wear-resistant design
The roller is treated with oil-immersed bearings and hard chrome to reduce noise and extend life (some models have a life of more than 10 years).

3.Anti-sticking treatment
