Dumpling specification
Dumplings: Four sizes of dumpling molds are available: 80, 90, 95, and 100. The machine comes standard with one mold. The machine trims the edges during making dumplings, so there will be scraps. The trimmings are 2-3 grams. You can use mixed vegetable and meat fillings or pure meat fillings. The filling should not be too thin or sticky. Avoid loose, purely vegetarian fillings. Vegetarian fillings should be sticky. Softer wrappers are best; hard wrappers are not suitable.
The 80 mold uses 82mm diameter, flat wrappers. The wrapper weighs 10g. Trim off about 2g of scraps, leaving about 8g. Fill with 8-9g of filling, and the finished dumpling weighs 16-17g.
The 90 mold uses 92mm diameter, flat wrappers. The wrapper weighs 12g. Trim off about 2g of scraps, leaving about 10g. Fill with 10-12g of filling, and the finished dumpling weighs 20-22g. The 95-meter mold uses 97mm diameter, flat wrappers. The wrappers weigh 14g. Trim off about 2-3g of the trimmings, leaving about 12g. Add 13-15g of filling, and the finished dumpling weighs 25-27g.
The 100-meter mold uses 102mm diameter, flat wrappers. The wrappers weigh 15-16g. Trim off about 2-3g of the trimmings, leaving about 13g. Add 15-17g of filling, and the finished dumpling weighs 28-30g.

75*75 size, 5-6 grams of dough, 11-14 grams of finished product.
80*80 size, 6-7 grams of dough, 14-16 grams of finished product.
90*90 size, 7-9 grams of dough, 18-22 grams of finished product.
