2. How does this wonton forming machine work ? 

Working process:

1. Placing Wonton Wrappers
The conveyor system delivers the wonton wrappers to the mold tray.
 

2.  Quantitative Filling

A precise filling pump and nozzle move above the mold, injecting a measured amount of filling into the indentations in the wrappers prepared at the first station.
 

3. Shaping or Wrapping (Core Process)

This station is crucial for shaping. Typically, the filling is wrapped around the wrapper by pressing it downwards from the mold above, or by a specific mechanical mechanism, and initially shaped to form the basic shape of the wonton.
