Introduction
Function:
The blades of the intelligent slicer are divided into two types: flat blades and serrated blades. The flat blades are mainly used for cutting boneless products, such as meat slices, steaks, bacon slices, cheese slices, etc.; the serrated blades are mainly used for cutting bone-containing raw materials.
The cheese meat cutting machine uses imported German blades, which are sharp and durable, with smooth cutting and uniform cutting thickness. The intelligent slicer adopts the Siemens PLC system, and the cutting thickness can be set on the screen. Model S is equipped with a conveyor belt for discharging, which can achieve the function of portioning and precisely realize the thickness, density and distance between each portion.
The intelligent slicer uses German motors, with stable performance, ensuring the cutting accuracy. The bearings use the Japanese NSK series, extending the lifespan and ensuring the durability of the machine. The main shafts of the intelligent slicer have all been calibrated by the German dynamic balance instrument, ensuring the stability of the equipment and the extremely high durability of the bearings under high-speed operation.
