Introduction
This Egg Breaker Machine specially designed for bakeries, food factories, and egg product processing plants. It is used to efficiently crack eggs, automatically separate eggshells from egg liquid, and achieve batch collection of egg liquid. It is one of the core equipment for baking and egg processing.
Centrifugal shell-breaking technology is used: washed eggs are fed into the top inlet, and the equipment uses high-speed rotation to generate centrifugal force, causing the eggs to automatically collide and break their shells inside the cylinder.
Automatic separation: the broken egg liquid flows out from the bottom through a screen structure, while the eggshells are discharged from the waste outlet on the side, achieving highly efficient separation of egg liquid and eggshells. The egg liquid collection rate can reach 97%-99%.
