Operation step:
Fill chocolate chips to the machine. TPP-08 can contain approximately 6kgs chocolate. TPP-15 can contain approximately 6kgs chocolate. This is depending on the size of chocolate chips.
Cover the vat with lid.
Set the desired temperature at 40°C to 45°C according to the tempering instructions.
The chocolate will be completely melted after 2 to 3 hours, which is depending on the surrounding temperature.
