Ice cream mochi making machine
There are two separate hoppers, one for the mochi dough and the other for the ice cream.
Below the hoppers, there are connection devices such as a dosing pump or molds.
The amount of dough and filling is controlled by servo motors or cylinders,
based on the set weights (for example, each mochi dough weighs 10-20g, and the ice cream filling weighs 8-15g).

PLC intelligent control:
PLC sets parameters, including dough/filling extrusion volume, molding speed, powder sprinkling frequency, etc., to ensure that each product has consistent weight and shape.
Temperature and humidity control:
The ice cream hopper needs to be maintained at -5℃ to -10℃ to avoid melting
Arrangement and conveying system:
The tray arrangement machine automatically places the formed mochi balls into the tray through the conveyor belt to improve efficiency.
