Quail Egg Roaster Frying Machine

Step1:

Clean the mold.

Step2:

Connect the gas pipe well and check whether the gas is leaking.

Step3:

Preheat the machine to 100℃, and then brush cooking oil on the mold.

Step4:

Put the quail eggs into the mold when it reaches about 150℃, and then plug in the bamboo sticks into the egg, and then sprinkle salt on the quail eggs. Then string the stick.

Step 5:

Overturn the quail eggs by stick to roast when the appearance of eggs are ripe.

Step 6:

Brush favorable sauce to taste.

Note:

1. Do not open the egg roaster too much fire when preheating, too high temperature easy to burn the mold.

2. the smallest fire will be ok when baking.

3. Please clean the roaster and airing it if you don't use it for long time.

Installation

1. This machine uses petroleum liquefied gas (gas). When using the machine, the gas tank must not be inverted and placed sideways.

2. Please use low pressure valve on gas tank, pressure 2.8±0.5Kpa, flow rate 0.6m3h.

3. After connecting the gas, please check whether the joints are leaking. If the air leaks, please remove them before use.
