The fruit crushing juice machine is composed of feed hopper, crushing device, front support, screw, filter net, juice holder, back support, slag groove and other components. The left end of the spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor is driven by the triangle pulley to work. Working principle: The main component of the equipment is the crushing device installed on the hopper, there are four groups of flying knives and a group of bottom knives on the rotor, the flying knife rotates around its own axis in the fixed and immovable bottom knife gap, so that the fruits and vegetables get particle size 2-5 mm broken, directly into the spiral juicing system to improve the juicing effect. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the movement of the pressure regulator head along the axis. When turning the handwheel bearing seat from the slag discharge tank to the hopper end of the equipment, the pressure regulator head is left, the gap is reduced, and the gap is larger, and the size of the gap is changed, the resistance of slag discharge can be adjusted, so as to change the slag discharge rate. But if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, some of the particles of slag will be squeezed out with the juice through the filter, although the juice is increased, the quality of the juice is relatively decreased. The size of the gap should be based on the user's specific process requirements.
