Sesame and peanut grinder operation and precautions
After the sesame grinding machine is installed in place and the power line is connected, check whether the fastening bolts are tightened, and turn the two fixing rods counterclockwise to increase the clearance between the stator and rotor. Rotate the rotor with a special wrench to check whether the rotor is stuck. After turning on the switch, check the rotor rotation direction, which shall be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow mark on the tahini machine. Check the operation of the equipment for noise or vibration.
The clearance adjustment of the stator and rotor shall be carried out when the machine is running. Turn both fixing rods counterclockwise at the same time. Then, move the fixed rod to drive the adjustment ring to rotate and adjust the clearance between stator and rotor. After that, select the proper stator and rotor clearance according to the fineness and output requirements of processing materials.
