Peeling effect can be assessed by considering the following

 

(1) Water volume control (too much water will wash the eggs down the outlet, too little water will slow down the peeling process)

(2) Nut adjustment (control the distance between the sponge and the rubber tube; if the peeling is incomplete, adjust the distance to make it shorter; if the egg is crushed, adjust the distance to make it taller)

(3) Egg boiling, egg selection, and the method and time of boiling must be strictly followed according to operating procedure (III);

1. Use fresh quail eggs that have been stored for 2-3 days (summer) or 4-5 days (winter).

2. Boil water to approximately 85 degrees Celsius (while simultaneously soaking the eggs in cold water). Pour in the eggs and gently turn them over for 3-5 minutes, while simultaneously bringing the water to a boil over high heat.

3. After boiling, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the eggs, discard any broken eggs, and cool them in cold water.

4. Remove the eggs and gently shake to crack the shells. (Using a shell cracker is recommended.)

5. Soak the cracked quail eggs in cold water for 10 minutes.

6. Connect the power and water supply, controlling the water flow to a moderate level, and begin peeling the eggs.
