2. Mounting conveyor of Filling Machine: Install the conveyor belt foot and column stably, and the foot bolt can be adjusted slightly. Check the tightness of the conveyor chain plate, turn on the power (the power cord plug is at the back of the main power box), the conveyor belt should rotate smoothly and the speed regulation is effective.
3. The configuration power supply of the Filling Machine: the voltage 380V three-phase four-wire power supply used by the Filling Machine, the current is 3A. The user must have a reliable grounding when connecting to the power source to ensure personal safety.
4. Filling Machine configuration air source: The air source used by the Filling Machine is 0.5-0.7Mpa. The air source configured by the user must be stable to ensure the uniformity of the cylinder movement to achieve accurate filling effects.
5. The installation of the optical eye of the Filling Machine: Fix the optical eye according to the installation position on the conveyor, and the reflection position of each group must be accurate (in principle, the optical eye is aligned with the two positioning claws and the blocking claw respectively) to achieve accurate counting And positioning effect.
6. Turn on the Filling Machine: turn on the air source switch, and turn on the power when the air supply is normal. The Filling Machine system first performs self-checking, the positioning claw retracts, the blocking claw and the auxiliary positioning claw extend, the 6 cylinders return to the origin, and the filling head rises. (When the air supply is abnormal, the normal self-check and reset action cannot be performed).
